Shipping policy

For mainland Portugal, our orders are shipped via CTT Expresso EMS19.

Shipping to the islands is done via CTT and CTTexpresso.

Shipping process for your order:

After payment, we will check the availability of all items. If all requested items are in stock, your order will be shipped on the following day.

Items found on the website www.kinduism.com are available for order, but there may occasionally be stock shortages or errors in the indicated stock.

At the time of delivery, if no one is present at the destination address, a notice will be left in your mailbox indicating the CTT post office where you can pick up your order on the next business day.

Shipping costs for your order:

Mainland Portugal — Free shipping on orders of €45 or more.

For orders under €45, shipping costs are applied and displayed at checkout before finalizing the purchase.

Azores and Madeira — Free shipping does not apply.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly and transparently at checkout.

If the customer wishes to change the shipping address and the order is already in transit with CTT (Portuguese postal service), the shipping costs will be charged again.
